Here is the links for Justice for Cisco and Justice for Big Boy Facebook pages. They do pretty well keeping up with news. There was a petition for national legislation, but I could not find it. But you are right it needs to stop. I find it odd that the US Postal Service found that teaching their mail men how to read and interact with dogs has greatly reduced bites without having draw guns and blow peoples beloved pets away in a look-at-how-manly-I-am-for-slaying-this-dangerous-threatening-beast way.
