yolo115: The BP spill in the Gulf: One year later “It’s been called the worst environmental disaster in U.S. history, and rightfully so, if for no other reason than because, one year later, the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico is like the nightmare gift that keeps on giving, some experts are saying.” Out on the barrier islands & even here I can still find some icky tar balls. It makes me sad to think of what it’s done, & may still be doing to fish and wildlife.
